Our Wedding

9/21/24 Mark&nbsp;and&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;met&nbsp;on&nbsp;Facebook&nbsp;dating&nbsp;and&nbsp;spoke&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;time&nbsp;on&nbsp;9/19/24.&nbsp;On&nbsp;9/21/24,&nbsp;after&nbsp;non-stop&nbsp;talking&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;phone,&nbsp;they&nbsp;agreed&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet&nbsp;up&nbsp;at&nbsp;this&nbsp;great&nbsp;new&nbsp;place&nbsp;in&nbsp;Tamaroa,&nbsp;Illinoi,&nbsp;&nbsp;called&nbsp;Alvis&nbsp;Backroad&nbsp;Bar&nbsp;and&nbsp;Grill,&nbsp;owned&nbsp;by&nbsp;Mark's&nbsp;best&nbsp;friend's&nbsp;son,&nbsp;Devin&nbsp;Alvis&nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp;wife&nbsp;Taylor.&nbsp; When&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;arrived,&nbsp;she&nbsp;stayed&nbsp;outside&nbsp;and&nbsp;leaned&nbsp;against&nbsp;the&nbsp;hood&nbsp;of&nbsp;her&nbsp;car&nbsp;while&nbsp;she&nbsp;waited&nbsp;for&nbsp;Mark&nbsp;to&nbsp;hobble&nbsp;outside&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet&nbsp;her.&nbsp;He&nbsp;was&nbsp;on&nbsp;crutches&nbsp;from&nbsp;having&nbsp;a&nbsp;knee&nbsp;replacement&nbsp;surgery.&nbsp; When&nbsp;Mark&nbsp;walked&nbsp;out&nbsp;the&nbsp;door&nbsp;to&nbsp;meet&nbsp;her,&nbsp;the&nbsp;sight&nbsp;of&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;resting&nbsp;against&nbsp;her&nbsp;car&nbsp;made&nbsp;Mark&nbsp;literally&nbsp;stumble,&nbsp;and&nbsp;he&nbsp;almost&nbsp;fell&nbsp;down&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;ground!&nbsp;It&nbsp;was&nbsp;love&nbsp;at&nbsp;first&nbsp;sight!&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;knew&nbsp;right&nbsp;there&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;kind&nbsp;of&nbsp;man&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;has&nbsp;that&nbsp;effect&nbsp;on.&nbsp;Mark&nbsp;was&nbsp;handsome,&nbsp;&nbsp;a&nbsp;gentleman,&nbsp;he&nbsp;was&nbsp;charming&nbsp;and&nbsp;he&nbsp;made&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;laugh&nbsp;until&nbsp;her&nbsp;sides&nbsp;hurt.&nbsp;&nbsp;He&nbsp;was&nbsp;perfect&nbsp;for&nbsp;her!&nbsp; And&nbsp;although&nbsp;Mark&nbsp;was&nbsp;only&nbsp;interested&nbsp;in&nbsp;finding&nbsp;someone&nbsp;he&nbsp;could&nbsp;hang&nbsp;out&nbsp;with&nbsp;on&nbsp;occasion,&nbsp;he&nbsp;found&nbsp;himself&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;immediately&nbsp;smitten&nbsp;by&nbsp;Dana's&nbsp;beauty&nbsp;and&nbsp;goofy&nbsp;personality. It&nbsp;was&nbsp;the&nbsp;most&nbsp;amazing&nbsp;first&nbsp;date&nbsp;ever!

Mendy&nbsp;is&nbsp;Dana's&nbsp;cherished&nbsp;and&nbsp;altime&nbsp;best&nbsp;friend&nbsp;since&nbsp;2nd&nbsp;grade.&nbsp;When&nbsp;they&nbsp;were&nbsp;young&nbsp;children&nbsp;they&nbsp;would&nbsp;spend&nbsp;Saturday&nbsp;nights&nbsp;with&nbsp;their&nbsp;respective&nbsp;grandmother's&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;attend&nbsp;church&nbsp;on&nbsp;Sunday&nbsp;in&nbsp;New&nbsp;Haven&nbsp;nearly&nbsp;every&nbsp;weekend&nbsp;through&nbsp;their&nbsp;freshman&nbsp;year.

Lorri&nbsp;&nbsp;is&nbsp;Dana's&nbsp;older&nbsp;sister.&nbsp;Lorri&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;teacher&nbsp;at&nbsp;Ashley&nbsp;Grade&nbsp;School,&nbsp;she&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;married&nbsp;to&nbsp;her&nbsp;husband&nbsp;Rodney&nbsp;for&nbsp;32&nbsp;years&nbsp;and&nbsp;she&nbsp;is&nbsp;lucky&nbsp;enough&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;an&nbsp;awesome&nbsp;sister&nbsp;like&nbsp;Dana!&nbsp;&nbsp;Seriously&nbsp;though,&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;is&nbsp;very&nbsp;proud&nbsp;of&nbsp;her&nbsp;achievements&nbsp;in&nbsp;her&nbsp;role&nbsp;as&nbsp;an&nbsp;educator&nbsp;and&nbsp;is&nbsp;proud&nbsp;to&nbsp;call&nbsp;her&nbsp;sister!&nbsp;She&nbsp;has&nbsp;been&nbsp;there&nbsp;for&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;more&nbsp;times&nbsp;than&nbsp;should&nbsp;be&nbsp;necessary,&nbsp;but&nbsp;she's&nbsp;always&nbsp;been&nbsp;a&nbsp;constant&nbsp;in&nbsp;Dana's&nbsp;life&nbsp;and&nbsp;she&nbsp;wouldn't&nbsp;know&nbsp;where&nbsp;she&nbsp;and&nbsp;her&nbsp;kids&nbsp;would&nbsp;be&nbsp;today&nbsp;had&nbsp;it&nbsp;not&nbsp;been&nbsp;for&nbsp;Lorri&nbsp;and&nbsp;her&nbsp;husband&nbsp;Rodney!&nbsp;The&nbsp;appreciation&nbsp;and&nbsp;admiration&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;has&nbsp;for&nbsp;Lorri&nbsp;is&nbsp;unmeasurable!

Stacy&nbsp;is&nbsp;the&nbsp;wife&nbsp;of&nbsp;Dana's&nbsp;brother,&nbsp;Shane.&nbsp;Stacy&nbsp;has&nbsp;always&nbsp;been&nbsp;ready&nbsp;and&nbsp;available&nbsp;throughout&nbsp;the&nbsp;years&nbsp;to&nbsp;lend&nbsp;a&nbsp;hand,&nbsp;an&nbsp;ear&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;shoulder.&nbsp;She&nbsp;is&nbsp;&nbsp;very&nbsp;near&nbsp;and&nbsp;dear&nbsp;and&nbsp;just&nbsp;like&nbsp;a&nbsp;sister.&nbsp;Plus,&nbsp;Dana&nbsp;feels&nbsp;sorry&nbsp;for&nbsp;her&nbsp;because&nbsp;she's&nbsp;stuck&nbsp;with&nbsp;Shane!&nbsp;😜
